Change of Ownership

 

We are pleased to announce that, as from Monday January 15th 2007, arrangements were completed for the management team at Hook & Tucker Zenyx Ltd to buy out the operating interests of the company.

 

A new company, HTZ Ltd, has been formed which will be manufacturing and marketing the full range of Hook & Tucker Zenyx products, spares and services. HTZ will continue to operate from the same premises in New Addington and all key contacts remain unchanged so hopefully our customers will not be unduly affected by the change and any inconvenience kept to the absolute minimum.

 

HTZ is acquiring all the rights to the current products plus those in development. Full technical support for all Hook & Tucker Zenyx products will also be provided by HTZ and all existing service contracts will be fulfilled by HTZ.

 

This change of ownership of the business also sees the retirement of Mr John Hook, the founding Director of Hook & Tucker Ltd after a total of 44 years at the Head of the company that he formed in 1962. John wishes every success to the new business.
