Hook & Tucker Zenyx announces the launch of PeriFlex, an advanced filling station incorporating a high-resolution peristaltic pump. PeriFlex is based on the succesful Beeline range of robotic sample processors and is designed to provide laboratories with an advanced filling capability for applications where the fluid path needs to be completely sterile.

 

PeriFlex can be loaded with just about any container and has a capacity for over 300 tubes (13mm x 100mm) depending on rack design and configuration and allows a wide range of dispensing volumes to be processed.

 

For the greatest flexibility, PeriFlex is controlled via a separate PC and volumes can be specified on an individual position basis if required. Volumes may also be calculated and controlled via a separate spreadsheet.

 

PeriFlex also incorporates a septum piercing option to enable it to work with stoppered tubes.
