Series 4000

An autosampler for presenting liquid samples to a variety of measuring instruments

Series 4000 Autosampler

Designed to automate sample handling for the wide and diverse range of measuring instruments in use today, it is exceptionally easy to use. The Series 4000 represents cost-effective automation for spectrophotometers, flame photometers, AAS and many more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Controls
Front panel to provide; Wash times in the range 0-999s (16mins), Sample times in the range 0-999s (16mins), Stop, Start, Manual override, Power on/off and control of an optional variable speed mixer. External inputs allow control of Override, Wash and Sample times.

Lift Mechanism

Probe vertical lift is 70mm.

Batch counter

The instrument stops after a user determined number of tubes in the carousel.

Interfacing

When operating from the front panel controls, a continuous output is generated when the probe is in the sample. A pulse output indicates movement to the wash bath.

Indexing

The carousel indexes when the probe has returned to the park position.

Special modules

In/Out Commands, Separate Indexing, Control of Cell Filler, HPLC Valve Facility, Septum Piercing are just a selection of special modules available on request for OEM applications.
